SageForum for UK versions of Sage 50- Help and support.

Hey,

I am trying to send out statements but I am getting the SBDdesktop.exe error.

I am using Sage 2014 professional
Windows 8.1 (64 bit)
Office 2013 (32 bit - I am aware that only the 32 bit office only work with sage)


I have checked for sage updates, completed the file maintenance etc but I am still getting the same error?

Any suggestions?

Have you tried the "Sage 50 Desktop Repair utility V2"

Otherwise I would do a clean reinstall.

Incidentally there is an update "Sage 50 Accounts 2014 - EIR Update" which relates to using V2014 with Office 2013.

Is it located in the file menu?

It is a utility available from the sage accounts updates downloads site
