SageForum for UK versions of Sage 50- Help and support.

I'm using Sage 50 accounts pro 2012 and recently moved to a new windows 7 pc.
Sage does not have control of my F8 key for some reason as it seems to be used for another function on my pc (I haven't figured out what, it brings up an overlay with a cogwheel). Surely Sage should take control of the F keys when you open it? Any ideas?

Some applications intercept keystrokes and prevent applications , not just Sage from working properly.

I suggest you try and establish what software it is an un-install it.

The PC manufacturer would be my first port of call.
