Report issue

Ok, we just upgraded from 2009 to 2013, and we coming up against a few issues. Pretty sure related to the upgrade.

Main one that causing problems at moment is with Sales Order Processing and trying to print GDN, it returns a error saying "The report could not be generated. No Data was returned for this Report."

Check the addresses on the customers/suppliers There are now a bunch of delivery addresses and default addresses for things statements, etc, when upgrading sometimes the defaults do not get set.

The quick way to fix this is to export all the suppliers to a csv and import them back in again, then repeat for customers.

Try one of the other GDNS

Try opening the order after it has shipped and reprinting the GDN.

Let me know what happens.

Another thought it could be the layouts failed to update.

download and restore the "layouts only backup" for your verison of Sage 50 from the reporting updates section at http://www.sage.co.uk/au

All GDNS doing the same


Downloaded and restored the layouts only backup and still getting the same thing as well

Does reprinting a GDN from the Despatched tab in the sales order work?
