as the title says, I have the product list window open with all products in view.

I want to search for a certain product or range of products only

I type a couple of letters into the quick search box and it returns no results.

This is a new problem which has only appeared today.

Can anyone suggest anything?

The quick search is "in addition to the normal search"

If you have a search set even if it is not applied it will be applied when you use quick search.

To resolve this go to search and discard the criteria - all should be well.
