nO POSTINGS ON mY BANK RECONSILE

Last week our accountant came inot the office and showed e for the first time how to reconsile the bank account. She spent nearly 2 hours going through ecverything.
I took over the next day to reconcile the banking and at first it worked ok. I reconciled up unitl the 16th february and it balanced perfect.
But when I came to do the next weeks there is nothing there - none of the payments I have posted are in either the bank account or the cash account.
When I rang her she said that she had set it up all to go into the account and all I needed was to balance at the end. But I can't find anything I have posted. She also discovered by putting a default on the accoun that I was deducting from the wrong account.
I just want to reconcile the way I have before not have everything hidden from site. Do you have any idea what she could have done to hide my transactions in the bank and cash account. I have just had the brand new version fitted.
