I would likie to run an aged debt report that shows just debit balances.

Unfortunately the report I am running is ignoring unallocated credits on the accounts and hence showing a higher balance o/s than there actually is.

Any ideas?

Use a search to find only customers with a balance >= 0 and then run the report you have been using.

(Cleaning up all the allocations would also make sense)

You can do the reverse find everyone with a 0 balance and then go in the bank do a 0 receipt and everything will match.

The reports don't normally exclude unallocated credits, they normally appear in their respective columns and the totals would normally be correct.
