unable to print statements whilst connected to VPN
unable to print statements whilst connected to VPN
Hi, I have two computers both having Windows8.1 networked together. My Sage50 is version 18. I use iSM (Innvan) in conjunction with my Sage50. I connect to iSM via a VPN (Cisco annyconnect). Whilst I have the VPN open I cannot print from my Sage, or at least printing is ridiculously slow. As soon as I drop the VPN I can print as normal. What in the world would course this issue? One note I altered the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\vpnva DisplayName on both PC's

Ask your VPN provider.
