Hi,

I'm wondering whether it is possible to write a report to produce a 1 column trial balance in sage where your debit amounts would show as positive numbers and the credit amounts shown as negative numbers.

Apologies if this is really simple I'm a new user to Sage and only starting to learn now.

If you edit the existing layout, you will see that there are two columns for debit and credit.

Each field has a property under "appearance" called "sign" Change it to signed from debit or credit and it should allways be there.
