"unknown Error" AUSE099 sage 50 V2014

I had a Sage error today, trying to update 2014 and I got
"unknown Error" AUSE099
"unknown Error" AUSE099
Probably an issue talking to the sage installing the update, you can get around this by downloading and installing the update manually from http://www.sage.co.uk/au
Note: there is an issue with 2014 Update 2 for people using SagePay.
You could also look to see why this uses can't access the internet, fire wall, internet filters, proxies, anti virus, all those sorts of things could be stopping it.
