I have updated an invoice which I didn't mean to and now all the stock parts have been removed. I was meant to have a closing stock before this one was processed. It would be difficult to do it manually as the product is made up of many, many parts. Can I "cancel" the update, get the stock right and then go back and update it? Anybody able to help me with this one please ?

There is no such thing, You will need to adjust all the items manually.
