E-Payments blank?

Post by billshankley » 29 Aug 2013, 11:57

Been using e-payments to create bank instruction files for a long time and did our usual run without an issue a couple of days ago. Today I went to run a couple of payments early but the Send Payments screen is blank.

Any ideas as to what would cause this?

Thanks,

Have you upgraded/changed pc or something?

Check and see if the correct bank type is selected

Bank Record>Bank Details >Electronic Banking>Bank Type

Hey Bruce,

Same PC, bank type is correct, switched it back and forth with no luck, bizarre. Any other suggestions?

Cheers,

Probably best to download, install and reconfigure the plugin again.

Thanks Bruce, uninstalled and reinstalled but the e-payments screen is still appearing blank. :|

Tried on a second PC with no success either. Can't help thinking we're missing something obvious.

The installer doesn't offer anything in the way of configuration, where can it be configured?

Thanks,

You configure the plugins in the bank record there is a button underneath the Bank type where the plug in is selected.

Obvious reasons you might not see anything in the e-payments.
1/ There is nothing to pay
2/ The supplier is not marked for online payments (perhaps a bulk change was done to supplies and someone unset online payments?)

Much less obvious reasons
1/ Data corruption that is not detected by error checking
2/ Index damage that is not fixed by reindexing and compressing.
