SAGE BACK UPS OFFSITE

Hi all,
I have just taken over the management of the finance/accounts department of an SME. We use Sage 50 Accounts 2013 and have 6 companies where there are various amounts of transactions although one would have significantly more than the others. We have 2 users. Back ups are currently made to my PC but I am concerned that we may lose all the data and settings if something happens to it.
I would like to do a regular back up of everything to take offsite.
What do you recommend as a suitable device to do this i.e. USB or something else.
What do I need to Back Up to ensure everything can be restored if necessary.
