Transfer data from v8 to sage accounts 2011

Hi

I am trying to move the customer data (sales ledger, accounts and VAT) from one pc, which has sage 50 v8, to another pc which runs Sage 50 Acounts 2011. Can anyone help me and talk me through how to do this please?

It can't be done directly, the data has to go through an intermediate version first. Sage may do it for you or there are Sage Developers who offer such a service.

I do it, takes half an hour to do with even a large data set, so well under £30
