im losing the will to live

downloaded onto my surface pro win8 the sage 50 metro app

completed the registration ... thats it no response

does sage usually take hours ... to register

You should contact your supplier for assistance

I have never registered a single install on line, I have always rung the number and done it by phone.

P.S. If I had to use Windows 8 all the time I think I would loose the will to live.
