Headers and Footers in Sage 50 Report Designer

On our invoice/quotation/purchase order templates we have images at the top and bottom to replicate our letterhead paper. If the document we are using is a long document then the image at the bottom only prints on the last page. We want it to also print on the first and subsequent pages.
I assume I need to change something in the footer section, but have searched and searched to no avail. I can see in the header section that there is a "Repeat on Each Page" option, which I assume is what I need in the footer section. How do I add this option?
If anyone has access to any training information about using Headers and Footers I'd be very grateful to know where you got it from. I've looked at various self study courses and can't find one that covers this complex area in depth.
