Sage mobile 50

I have set up this on my mobile/iPad, it logs on ok with the box with my company name sage 50 mobile 2.2 but when I click it I get the message there has been a problem accessing data, please try again.
It sees the server etc but won't bring up the data.

Is your PC/Server hosting the data turned on and connected to the internet ?

All sorted now thanks,spoke to sage they suggested removing it from the server and reinstalling it on the server which worked!
