Reports to show Discounts per product

Hello all.

Hi, hope this makes sense.

I know that a lot of data can be exported to Excel in reports, but we want to export Product Discount data, and I can't see how.

There is a discount tab on the Product Record window, which when opened has separate tabs available.
We've got one each for websales, workshop, retail and trade.

It would help if we could export or run a report to get this data.

Effectively, it would be a report listing each product, it's cost price, it's retail price and then the data for each discount tab for each level of discount (there is only one level of discount used).

Does anyone know if there's a standard report to show the stock list to including the discounts per product?. It would surely be too big a job to run a report per product to get the discount data, but I can't see any discount reports.

Thanks.

Alex.

I doubt very much that there is a standard report.

However

It would be fairly easy to add the extra fields onto an existing report run to a csv file and use that.
There are a lot of fields there to be exported, each table has multiple breaks and multiple discount rates.

I would do an odbc linked spreadsheet like the attached

Ok, thanks for that, but I have no idea how to use it.
I'll have a play.

open the sheet and enable macros and external data access if prompted, On the sage control tab, enter the version number you use, path to sage data, a valid username and a valid password. Press the go button.
