Sage Line 50 MIS - Management Information System

Hi all

Does anyone know whatever happened to Sage Line 50 MIS - the graphical display that you could call on to give you an overview of all your company as a snapshot?

Sage support didn't seem to know WHAT I was talking about or at least didnt want to give a non-paying support person a straight answer

If ANYONE remembers it please let me know - at least I'll know its not my imagination then.

Thanks in advance
Peter :D

I think those evolved into "DashBoards"

Search in help files and it will tell you how to find them

Thanks Bruce - I'm not too sure that these are as good as the other feature - what do you think?

Thanks
Peter

I don't like the Dashboards and I didn't like the MIS.

I didn't know there was much difference in the information presented. I think they were developed to use during product demonstrations, rather than addressing specific user needs.

If I want management information from Sage, I extract data via ODBC and build exactly what is needed. I accept that some users do not have much experiance of spreadsheets and would not know how to make their own KPI's and for them, the DashBoards may be quiet good.
