Reports Problem?

HI,

Is there a reason why reports wouldn't work on my PC but they do on others who have sage installed in the office? Everytime I click reports it does absolutely nothing. Also when I try to update ledgers during the sales order process and it asks you if you would like to "preview" "file" or "print" whichever one I click I get an error message of "Report files could not be found" but it does still update the ledgers so this bit isn't a massive problem but really need to be able to run supports. Seeing as I can't get any kind of reports from both of these avenues it sounds like the reports function as a whole is disabled.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Sounds to me like there is an issue with your Sage 50 installation.

I would do a clean reinstall following the instructions here.
