hello, im having problems with my sage line 50, i have loads of accounts with all the information, when i click on customers, choose one and choose "actions" button, it comes up with a processing box, the box is fully green, says its done but does not dissapear and the whole prog locks up, the information IS there because i can get it to display other ways, like making vat returns and stuff, its just this one way i cant get it to come up, like i said, im a newbie and not too clued up on sage, but any info at all will be helpful.

it could be because i have forgotten my password and am gettin the "queue" file and renaming it, then logging in as "manager" ??

It could be a problem with user settings.

If you log in as manager, you should be able to edit / see your password.

I suggest you create a new user and try again.
