trouble retrieving archived reconcilations

Post by lou » 02 Oct 2012, 15:50

Hello,

I wonder if any one can help me. I replaced my computer and reloaded sage with my company files from a back up. The backup archived reconciliations are showing in archives but I have noticed that the newer reconcilations (since my new computer) are not showing in the archive. It sounds really stupid but I can not find them anywhere. Has anyone got any ideas?

Thanks

I assume you are talking about the Bank Reconciliations.

these are stored in PDF formats in the "Attachments" directory

If you did not include Attachments in your backup these will not have been included.

You can copy the Attachments directory form the old installation to the new installation to resolve this.
