BOM Amending

Hi All,
We are new to Sage 50 and are trying to change the BOM on an item. For some reason we do not seam to be able to amend the BOM. Ideally we want to take our one item from the BOM. Any good ideas?? I am sure it is easy once you know how!!!!

F8 deletes a row item in Sage.
