Using Sage Accounts Professional 50 2010

We have recently installed a new printer, and have marked it as default.

For some reason when we try printing sales orders, invoices and some other reports it will not print.

The Print window would usually come up, but it doesnt it just freezes and we have to close everything.

Some other reports can be printed with no issues.

For more information, before the new printer was installed everything worked fine printing wise.

We can export the sales orders and invoices and print from the desktop ok, its just when trying to print in Sage we have the issue.

- Reboots of the server and workstations have also been made to no change.

Try printing the report to preview and then selecting the printer and printing from there. It could be that the previous printer had been selected.

After printing if it asks if you want to save your changes, you need to say yes to have it remember to use that printer.

This is due to the layout still looking for the old printer

Edit the layout, and in report designer select, file, page setup and then printer. Select your current printer and then save the layout

Should sort it. You may need to tweek the margins as well for the new printer.
