Hi i wonder if anyone can help, we are using Sage Professional 2012 and have updated to update 6. I have this morning tried to print a delivery note after allocating stock and selecting dispatch and the type of delivery note been promtped with the following "Error Running Report" - No data was returned for this report.

If i select GDN i can print the delivery note from this however we don't want to carry this option out as we need to add postal costs at a later date.

Can anyone advise why we can't do this as it doesn't make sense how it creates it only through the GDN option.

You can't print a GDN until the goods have been despatched, so I am a little perplexed.

Indeed I think the GDN is a "Red Herring".

Have you tried printing a delivery note using the other standard sage layouts?

Is it just one layout that is not working or all layouts?
