SageForum for UK versions of Sage 50- Help and support.

I have a small company and have used Sage 50 version 11.01 for the last few years and it has always worked well, but after installing the latest version of Sage Payroll I cannot open Line 50 it just hangs on the splash screen, I have read all the forums and renames the crypto files I have also uninstalled both payroll and Line 50 but when installing Line 50 again the same problem is still there, the programme just will not load past the splash screen.
I do not want to upgrade the software as it is still fit for purpose.
I am running both on a windows xp pc whihc is also a few years old.
Any ideas anyone?

Try a "Clean" reinstall
