CHANGE THE DEFAULT COLOUR OF A DATA FIELD

Hi there,
I'm not sure if there is a way to do this but I would like to change the font colour on certain customers/or their account name. The reason for this is because I am in the process of setting up Sage so our customers can receive their invoices by email. Once the invoices have been created and are showing on the customer invoice list, I want it to be obvious to me which invoices I need to select for emailing as some customers still want paper copies. If this is not possible, can anyone suggest how I can differentiate between each type of customer i.e those that have emailed invoices and those which have paper ones.
Thank you

You can't change the colour, however, you could show the email address on the main screen, so that you can see if you have one.

Thank you for that. I can select the column to see the email addresses listed when I'm in 'customer view', but when I'm in the 'invoice listing' view, ready to select the invoices to email/print, there isn't the option in the header to view email addresses. Is there a way to add a column to the header where I can see the email addresses?

Thanks

Unfortunately no.

What some people do is to make 2 copies of the invoice layout. In one they put a filter eg SALES_LEDGER.EMAIL <> "" or SALES_LEDGER.EMAIL = "" and they use one layout for Email invoices and one for print.

So you print ALL the invoices with BOTH layouts some get printed as EMAIL and some as PAPER.
