problem producing more than one statement

Hi,
I have recently installed my copy of Sage 50 onto a new computer. Before doing this i took a backup from my old computer that was working fine. After installing sage i installed the backup of my data. Everything seemed to work fine and we continued to use the program for a couple of days. then we came to print a list of statements. I can produce them one at a time and print it that way. When i set the paramiters to produce the list of statements for printing (about 200 need doing) the program just seems to stop working (crashes) and I have to restart the computer. I have left it for nearly an hour but nothing happens. I have also taken a backup of the data and taken it back to the old computer that was working with the old data. The same thing happens this time. I am sure it is a minor detail but I am stumped. Any advice would be great. Thanks.
