Unable to email through Sage Accounts

hi all,

background
New PC, new user, no other users have this problem
Wn7 64bit, all others are XP
Outlook 2010, all others are 2003/2007
Sage Accounts Version 11.01.0030

For some reason this user is unable to email quotes straight from Sage. I have not configured Sage to do this if it is needed as I cannot find the settings, or is it automatically linked to your outlook/
