Hi. Please can you tell me if it is possible to create up to 200,000 individual Product Records in Sage 50 Accounts? Or put another way...is there a limit on the number of individual Products that can be Created?

As far as I know, there is no limit to the number of records that can be created.
However, performance could be compromised.
I would try it and see.
In a spreadsheet make 200,000 product records, save them to CSV and import them.
