Hi. I am using Sage 50 Accounts 2012 (Version 18.1.0.16) with Windows 7 and Office 2010. When trying to export contents to Word the Word application encounters an error and has to close and on Sage I get an error window that the 'Server is busy' with the message 'This action cannot be completed because the 'filename - Microsoft Word' program is not responding. Choose Switch to and correct the problem.' and two available options from within the error window (Switch to) and (Retry). If I use the (Switch to) option I have the same problem with Word and am unable to open the file and Word ultimately closes down. If I try (Retry) I get an error message 'Remote Procedure Call failed'.
Has anyone else had this issue?
It would seem to be an issue with Word rather than Sage but interestingly Word works perfectly with all other files and only develops this problem when attempting a mail merge from Sage. Have searched for a solution online but to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated.

I know there where compatibility issues with the 64 bit edition of Office, (however, I was also told that they were resolved, not that I have experienced it myself)

If you have the 64bit edition, I would like to help you just so I can establish once and for all if the fix for 64bit has been done, please ring me.
