Hi Please help

i am new to this service

My SAGE INSTANT ACCOUNTS version 15 has started showing my t9 tax code in my vat return please can someone advise me on how to revert this or stop it happening.

It could be several things.

I suspect someone has change the non VAT tax code. As a result the t9 stuff is appearing and also the code it is now set to is no longer appearing.

Unravelling what has happened could be a nightmare.

The other option is that someone has change the configuration to not exclude T9 from the vat return.
