Remote Access to Sage

In the past I was always told the best way to interact with sage remotely was to use VNC or LOGMEIN etc but now sage has sage mobile is it still the case or can we use a local copy of sage to access remote data. I have found VNC to work but it is very slow, It's OK for the odd tweak or invoice but sometimes I work from home and it is very tedious

I'm using sage 2012 and about to set up a VPN between our offices and 2 other locations

The BEST way is to use Citrix Metaframe, but the second best way is to use MS Terminal Services.

These are obviously not inexpensive solutions.

So Log Me In, Remote Desktop, VNC, GoToMyPC, PCAnywhere and all those other remote desktop tools are the best, not expensive ways to do it.

Version 2012 is the best version for performance (excluding the end of life options) it also is supported by sage for Citrix/Terminal Service environments

Sage Mobile has no impact.
