Some users are seeing a problem installing Sage Service Pack 1 for V2012, there is an error advising that it fails on Update 4 during install.
When you launch is tells you yo need to upgrade to the latest version and invites you to download and install the update.
Installing the update it reports everything installed.
On launching Sage 50 it goes back into a loop of asking you to download and apply the same update.
You can resolve this problem by downloading Update 4 from the Miscellaneous updates section (last but one option in first drop down box) from the sage update website
http://www.sage.co.uk/accountsupdates
and installing it manually.
