Easy Stock Report

Post by welshal » 09 Jan 2012, 21:57

Hi, I'm a relative newcomer to Sage and I've been dropped in the deep end.

I can't seem to see any way with Sage to view sales figures for various stock.

All I want is to see each product with relative sales figure for either a user-determined period or a set past-month/quarter/year period.

Are there any standard reports which I'm not seeing which will do this?

I also have a problem with bank payments being grouped together which makes bank reconcilliation hell, but I'm sure I've seen another topic here about that, so I'll give it a bump.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Alex.

One post per item please, gets very confusing when you have 2 things being discussed in one topic.
I have posted on the other topic about bank rec.

"All I want is to see each product with relative sales figure for either a user-determined period or a set past-month/quarter/year period."

A user determined period will enable you to select any period. Sage does not offer fixed periods as criteria for reports, but a good Idea so have suggested it to sage.

What about products that are not sold, but adjusted from stock?
What about Credit notes (product returned to stock)?

Not sure you really want a stock report, maybe you want a sales report.

Suggest you look in the invoicing module at Invoice Details Reports > Sales by Product (Summary)
