Mobile Problem checking Configuration

I've been using Sage 50 mobile for a while and logged on today , but couldn't access my PC. I checked the PC settings , and went to Tools , internet options and clicked on Mobile. I'm getting a message , "Problem checking configuration , access denied." I checked my Sage passport credentials online and all seems well . I've tried restarting Sage a couple of times and re-booting the PC . Any ideas ?

Think I might have answered my own question here. The Sage secure gateway client had disconnected . Restarting Sage had no affect on restarting the service . I was able to restart the service manually from the Gateway control panel. My connection seems to be fluctuating for some reason and when disconnected , I can't log in from my mobile. At least I know what is happening . As to why the service disconnects , I'm not too sure.
