Creation of new invoice with Report Designer

Hi there, I have only just started using Sage and getting a bit frustrated with the report designer. I have Sage Instant Accounts 2011 v17 and run on Windows Vista.

I created a product invoice in the report designer as I needed something a bit more personalised with logo... and saved as .layout in company data (.000). I can access it, edit it, modify it... whenever in the report designer, however I cannot seem to be able to access it from Sage itself.

When trying to print a customer invoice, there are only a few invoices available in the report browser but not the one I created!

I've obviously gone wrong somewhere but after hours of fiddling about, I've decided to give up and ask for some help.

If anyone knows what I should try or do, please please let me know!

Your invoice layout should be saves in the layouts directory above the accdata directory

First open the Data directory by going to Help>About>System information>Directories>Data Directories and right clicking and choosing the option open folder.

Go up one level and there you should find a directory called layouts. Save your invoice layout in that directory and it should appear in Sage 50
