No more users can logon but user limit not reached

Hi. We have 3 PCs installed with Sage line 50 V11 and 3 licenses.
We have just done a network install on a 4th PC. If anyone tries to log on to the 4th PC they get the message 'No more users can log on at present' regardless of the number of users logged on at the other PCs
All 3 users can concurrently be logged on to the 3 original PC's.
Do you have any suggestions?

The network install can occasionally, be a bit problematic, reinstalling using the CD is worth doing.
Check you have installed it onto the local drive.
My initial thought would be to check the keycode being used is the right code for the three user licence and that it is installed on all the PC's (A quick cheat is to copy the sage.usr file from another machine into the local installation directory.) Sometimes when you set up a user you can use the code that was supplied when you first got sage which might be an evaluation, trial or single user keycode.
You can get the current keycode by ringing the sage registration line 0845 111 6666

Thanks for the quick reply. That seems to have done the trick.
In the future I'm assuming we need to make sure the copy of sage.usr in the server directory which we run our network install from is up to date. Is that right?

Yes, the copy in the server directory is copied to the local directory during the installation, this is why it does not need to ask for key codes etc when doing a network install.
