We are doing a data import exercise for some Arabic data into Sage line 50 v8 and wanted to know if any tool / Add-on exist to do this task. The sage import built-in feature for v8 is not accepting Arabic.

If no tool exists, is there any way to pass the Arabic data to Sage database.

The sage application fields is accepting and displaying Arabic perfectly well but when doing the CSV file import it will show either garbage or not accept the import at all, depending on the character set chosen when saving the CSV file (UTF8 or Unicode).

I think that the import tool we use might do it, if you want to give me a sample, I could try it out for you and let you know
