sorry for another query.

when printing customer reports, I tried to create a report with my own critera and have caused the original reports to no longer print the required information. I want to reset the customer reports back to factory settings/ defaults.

Is there a way to do this?

edit: i think it was CSTAGED.report Aged Debtors Analysis (Detailed)

in theory would i be able to replace that with an unmodified copy and that would more or less reset the report back to the default?

On your CD there is an extrs or additional folder, in that you should find a backup of layouts only, which you can restore over your data.
