Problem with Reports Layout when E-Mailed/Exported to File

Hi,
I have a strange problem which i have just noticed but it only happens when i export a purchase order to a file/E-Mail.
The report footer section displays half way up the last page overlapping other text when the purchase order contains an S3 item that takes up more than a page of details. If i preview the order in Sage it displays perfectly with the report footer aligned to the bottom of the last page, however when i export it to a PDF file or as an E-Mail (PDF Attachment) the problem occurs.
Is this likely to be a bug with Sage Report Designer and how it exports PDF files or is there something that can be done within report designer to prevent it from happening/correct the issue?
I am using Sage 50 Accounts Pro 2012 and Report Designer V1.3
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
