Help!!

Have just run the Year End on Sage Line 50 Version 12 but have brought forward balances for a few P&L items. On investigation these balances are dated 01/10/06 whereas Year end is 30/09/06. Where have I gone wrong? Have restored my back up and tried again but same happens.

This is the first time I have run the YE on version 12 as I upgraded after doing the YE last year on an older version.

Do the opening balances represent transactions dated after year end?

If not then it sounds like an incomplete COA. Check your COA in the nominal.
