Hi, I wonder if someone could help us with a problem that has occured when checking our data. It has flagged up two errors.......

Nature of Error

Net amount in split 113855 not converted exactly, expected: 1096.67, actual: 1645
Tax amount in split 113855 not converted exactly, expected: 191.92, actual: 287.88

We've checked this transaction and it's for over a year ago and the actual amounts are correct to the invoice that has been entered.

When we've tried to correct this using - fix -but the system says it's not possible.

Is there anyway of removing these errors as everything is correct in terms of the system balancing etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

You have a couple of choices:

1. Send the data to Sage to fix (expensive and you could be without your data for 4-5 days).
2. Get a Sage Developer who offers a data fixing service to fix it for you, generally quicker and faster than Sage. I believe the Bruce who runs this forum offers such a service as does at aleast one other developer I know of

I can fix it for you, It is under an hours work unless there are other issues.
