Hi

I am currently using Sage Line 50 Version 17 2011 since upgrading our software everytime we go to reprint a delivery note the system freezes. We can only print delivery notes when we despatch the order.

Anyone have any ideas how we can resolve this issue.

I have the same problem when printing invoices. It does not happen every time but several times a day the computer just freezes and I have to switch it off. Even control-alt-delete doesn't work. There is a different printing screen where you pick out the report you wish to run and I think this is the problem. I am regretting upgrading!

2011 added a lot of additional address functionality, I am wondering if the reason it is hanging is because the address it is looking for does not exist. A similar problem happens with statements where things grind to a halt.

I would see if it is only certain customers that is happens/does not happen with.

If this is the case then, then you need to "fiddle" with delivery addresses on the customer record to get it to make an address that will work.

You might find that exporting the customer records to csv and then reimporting might fix this.

I can print a delivery note when I despatch the order. It just does not work when I want to recreate it when I want to reprint.

You can reprint delivery notes from the GDN section of the order.
