Hi

Was wondering if anyone can help - I have auditors in who have a requirement to see the user access rights (who can do what in the system) of using Sage Line 50 2009.

I've spent a long time looking but cannot see a suitable report and am dreading having to screenshot every user, module and permission. Does anyone know if such a report exists and if so where can I get it?

Also is it possible to get a report which lists supplier and customer masterfile access changes?

Thanks all for the help - i'm new to the pack and am learning. It seems a bit slowly!!!

There is no report that lists the user access rights as the table is not exposed to the Report Designer nor is it available externally via the ODBC driver.

As for changes to Customers & Supplier, if the Event Log (Tools -> Event Log) has been switched on then that information is recorded.
