Help needed with regaining access to sage line 50 v10.0.2.22
After a Security Breach I have had to create a new Domain for our network and transfered all the Data to a New Server. but now i cannot regain access to sage.
I am logged in using the administrator account to remove any file permission issues. When i start the Sage.exe file it open to the Company list but when i try to go into the company i get an error Access Denied. I have replace all the file permissions on the sage folder and made the Admin account the owner but still no joy.
Does anyone have any ideas to resolve this before i have to go to the director to ask for a Sage Support contract?
Much appreciated
