auotmatically sends emails to my address

I'm trying to send a letter to all my suppliers asking them to check their details. I have created the letter in the report designer and all the elements I want inserting are on the letter.

When I generate the report and it comes up as a preview, if I press 'email' it sends it to our company email address. It doesn't come up with an option for me to insert the email address I want it to go to or go to transaction email.

How do I stop it automatically sending it to me?

You need to configure the email setting in the report. this guide has details
