New PC - How do I transfer custom reports?

Post by thebastion » 25 Feb 2011, 12:36

Hi,

I am a SAGE newbie, we use it for book keeping and our accountants deal with the technical stuff.

I have just bought a new PC and installed SAGE Line 50 2009 on it. I have backed up our accounts and restored them to the new machine, however when I created a new invoice our custom template was not installed from the old machine.

Does anyone know how to do export and import these custom reports/invoice creations?

Many thanks for your help.

Stuart

re is an option on Backup to backup layout and report, I assume you had not selected it the first time.
