Sage Line 50 conflicts ?

We are looking at the possiblities of a networked version of Sage Line 50 Financial Controller (will probably be 2007 release) - I am trying to find out of there are any known conflicts with MS Exchange, MS Small Business Server or SQL ?

I know of no conflicts between Sage and any of those.

As far as Sage is concerned it just need a plain old file share.
