Sage Instant Accounts Transaction Email Problem
Posted: 18 Feb 2011, 16:44
Hi All,
I am currently trying to setup my transaction emails on Sage Instant accounts, but keep getting an error when I click on Transaction Email in the Tools menu.
the version of sage I am using is instant accounts V15. Our computer operating system is Windows 7.
The error message I get when clicking on Transaction Email is: SAGE TRANSACTION EMAIL FAILED TO INITIALISE. SEE THE APPLICATION LOG FOR DETAILS.
When I then go to the application log I get the following message:
Application logging started
Current trace level set to : eTraceLow
The configuration file 'C:\PROGRAMDATA\SAGE\ACCOUNTS\2009INSTANT\COMPANY.000\ACCDATA\Tmail\TMAIL.INI' was successfully loaded.
Error in DatabaseUpgrade.GetCurrentVersion: The 'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.
Error in DatabaseUpgrade.Upgrade: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Error in frmInitialise_Load: Database upgrade failed.
I know a small amount about computers, but this message log is something I have never had to deal with, and don't particularly want to either!! So if any one has any ideas on what I need to do to get this up and running I would be very grateful.
Thanks in advance.
Stephanie
