Password

Sage appears to have lost my password!
Logon name ok, password rejected with message "you have entered an invalid password".
It worked ok yesterday! Can I reset the password somehow or what can I do?

There is no way for end users to reset passwords.

However... Is it taking a very long time to tell you that your password is wrong?

Yes - it does take a long time!
Support company have been changing profiles and permissions over the time it happened.
